What appliances are included in each unit?
Each unit contains a stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
What is included in rent?
Heat, water and one (1) parking stall. Electricity must be set up by the Tenant through the City of Lethbridge, as it is not included in the rent.
What companies provide internet, cable and telephone access?
Telus and Shaw are the two main telecommunication providers in southern Alberta.
How close is public transportation?
There is a bus stop located right across the street from Baltyk Estates. Times of service can be checked through the City of Lethbridge.
Are children permitted in the building?
Children are permitted to visit. However, this is a living situation for adults 18 years and older.
Are pets allowed in the units?
Pets are allowed if declared and authorized by Management. You must obtain written confirmation from Management in order to keep pets in your apartment, and must pay a non-refundable one-time fee.
Can we have more than one car?
Extra spots are available along the fence. However, they are not guaranteed spots as is your designated parking location.
Are overnight guests allowed?
For short term stays, this is allowed. If it will be a prolonged period of time, please consult with Management to ensure this is appropriate.
What happens with the information collected on the application form?
This information is kept confidential. If you do not become a tenant, the information is discarded of securely. If you do become a Tenant, this information is kept on record until three months after you move out. At that time, the information will be discarded.
